Accuracy & Permission:
- You agree that you are the creator and voice of the audio recording you link to this form. You represent you own and have all necessary rights to the content you submit on this form.
- You agree that the microphone you list in this form is the microphone used to capture the audio for this audio sample.
- Women on Mic does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the audio sample service.
- You agree to have this audio sample included in the Women on Mic project by granting Women on Mic non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This license will end when your content is deleted from our system. This is in order to use the audio sample in the repository and on the Women on Mic YouTube Channel as a free to access audio resource. There will be no financial compensation given for the use of the audio sample provided. Instructions on how to Request Removal of your audio sample are detailed below.
- You will be credited by Women on Mic for your audio sample with your name and link to your content that you provide in this form.
Privacy:
- The information you provide on this form will kept solely by Women on Mic and not be sold, licensed or given to any 3rd party services.
- Your email address will remain private. It will only be used by Women on Mic should we need to get in contact with you about your audio sample or to send you confirmation that your audio sample has been removed from the Women on Mic project as per the process outlined below to request removal.
- The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form. This is a requirement of providing the direct upload of files option.
- Your name and link to your content will be used to credit your audio sample to you.
- No other information is collected about you.
Condition for Removal by Women on Mic:
- If any information you provide in this form or in your audio sample is found to violate these terms or does not fit the format described above, your audio sample may be removed/not included in the Women on Mic project.
Auto-generated Response Confirmation/Receipt:
- After you submit this form, you should receive an auto-generated confirmation/receipt of the information you provided to the email address you provided on this form. Please keep this safe for your records.
Request to Remove Audio Sample from the Women on Mic Project:
- You may request to have your audio sample removed at any time from the Women on Mic Project. To do so: Send an email to womenonmic@gmail.com from the email address you submit in this form. In the message include: Your Name and link to your audio file that you submit in this form and with the message “Please remove my audio sample from the Women on Mic Project.” These details are important to ensure the correct audio sample is removed. You will receive an email confirmation once the audio sample has been removed.

Women on Mic Reserve the Right to Make Changes to these Terms at any time.
Women on Mic retains all rights to our intellectual property in the content in the Intake Form and the Women in Mic Project.
